  • verification information such as one‑time passwords (OTP) we send to you.

  • details of the items you add to your basket and purchase;
  • order identifiers, timestamps, pricing, discounts and any coupon codes you use.

Payment and transaction information

We use third‑party payment providers (currently Paystack) to process card or digital payments. When you pay, we receive information such as a transaction reference, payment status and amount paid, but we do not store your full card number, CVV or PIN in our systems.

Technical and usage information

When you use KwikMart, we may automatically collect certain information, such as:

  • IP address, device type and operating system;
  • app or browser version and basic settings;
  • pages or screens viewed, actions taken (for example, placing an order) and timestamps;
  • error and performance logs to help us diagnose issues.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Service

  • create and manage your KwikMart account;
  • process your orders, including payment, delivery and customer support;
  • apply discounts and coupons to your orders when you choose to use them;

  • send transactional messages such as order confirmations, delivery updates and security alerts;

  • Payment processors such as Paystack, so they can process your payments securely.
